The Private Sector Customer Panel

The private sector renewal service has established a private sector customer panel. Its members are representatives from resident groups in active renewal areas. The current active renewal areas are

o Tonge Renewal Area
o Great Lever Renewal Area
o Queens Park Renewal Area
o Campbell Renewal Area (Farnworth)

The panel has three main functions and these are:

To provide a way for customers to share information and learn from each other.

For customers to give their perspective on new initiatives and products.

To give customers the opportunity to monitor the services they receive and to make recommendations.

The panel is a small, friendly group and is always keen to welcome new representatives or interests from individual customers. They meet on the last Tuesday of every month at various venues and if you would like to be involved and have the opportunity to influence the services you receive please contact us.
